I hear a lot of mine from either Much LOUD or other music shows, or even on the internet.
Not from games though... that's just wrong aha.

Yeah that's what I hate about Pandora that it's not available outside the States.

I get most of my music by listening to a couple radio stations for stuff I like and then the other way is to have a band I haven't heard yet then download there 3 top songs then I'll usually download a dozen others of theirs

Yeah I use www.last.fm too, it really is good for finding music similar to other artists you like, and what's more it has a good mix of both signed and indie,
Another amazing one for all-indie music is cdbaby.com, which is based in the States.

Myspace and youtube. Wikipedia is useful as well for discovering and reading about bands.

Youtube. I don't listen to much else besides Oasis, The Beatles, Johnny Cash, and a few others.

I did use Pandora, but I just stopped for some reason. Forgot about it. I do use last.fm, but only for scrobbling and not for finding new bands. I generally come across new bands in day to day life and further explore them after.

I listen to KLOS (classic rock) or at least used to in L.A. I also go to record stores and read Guitar World.

I totally use last.fm too

For me, I love fingerpicking, so I just use the fingerpicking tag to listen while I do my homework, and if there's something I like, I look at the artist and then Im like "woah dude, this guy's good"

Last.fm is how I found good artists, such as Tommy Emmanuel or Don Ross
