okay... i'm teaching myself picking first cause it kind of interests me the most. So when i'm kind of in the habit of practicing everyday i'll probably do some major strumming practice. Aside from that, i've found that picking is easy, especially if you do it by ear! But there seems to be 'empty air'. i don't know. i'm kind of wondering if maybe there isn't some strumming involved with picking? Hmmmmmmm... Should you strum while you pick or is it just the fact that i need to learn to pick with more 'enthusiasm'? |
