any know anything about harmonicas and song keys?

so does any one know anything about harmonicas and the key of a song?

the first few notes of the selection im playing (guitar) are a# f c d d# ..

its the zelda theme song :P

yea! i used to play harmonica, although my knowledge is poor, i think if you get a C diatonic harp, you can play cross harp in lots of other keys as well as just C, i cant remember which ones! but thats a start?

i know nothing about the harmonica except the note e. the tip i can give you is if you can find e on the harmonica by playing e on the guitar and doing that with other notes you could just teach yourself the keys. sorry for lack of info :r

Heh, similair to Jazz, a lot of game music switches keys often, and uses many chromatic movements.

Also, exotic scales are used heavily too.

well its gr8 that you tabbed it out BUT theres one problem.


MY GUITAR IS NOT CUT AT THE NECK AND ITS NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE TO PLAY WITH MY GUITAR THIS WAY!!!

i dunno what chords are used...

but im pretty sure is just a vamp of power chords A#5 G#5 F#5 F5 ... each one 8 times.

like i said the song can be transposed to begin on 8 on the D string.. just remember that the B string will mess up the fingering positions a lil bit.

also jabedoo.. you NEED a guitar cut at the neck.. those top registers are beautiful to work in.
