ye i will! i also may buy a dod overdrive ive had my eyes on, the mxr id use as lead and overdrive for rythm, i dont like the mxr's rythm sounds as much as the dod, it freaking rocked, but the leads didnt go anything over skynyrd/zep sounds, i need a distortion pedal for ozzy. what u think? its a vintage. like 100

anyone know when mxr was bought out by dunlap?

that is nonsense, just as you can turn the gain up on a Marshall or distortion so can it be turned down and be clean.

I would have to have a listen to each but I play mostly clean any more so thats what I would be listening for a nice clean tone. I think you'll just have to make up your own mind.

acctually i find that fenders break up earlier and better then marshalls, its just that i found adding an overdrive and a distortion the marshall sounded better.

i think its between the marshall jmp combo '78 and the slp.
