by that i meant listen to yourself and what you play , not the instruction manual

i looked back and that last bit sounded a tad a**Hole-ish .. didn't mean it that way.

that petty much sums it up. they fit you not the other way around. SO in other words it depends on the situation and seeing that dominate chords show up a lot so does Mixolydian, but that doesn't mean just to use it look more into arpeggios and as carl stresed it is the most important to listen to yourself play

so let me say this as long as i,am useing those notes in that key i can use any one of thoughs modes in that key;and it will sound oky wright;
