What do ya know about ENGL and KRANK amp heads??? ive heard and played some of each but cant decide on them.Ive been offered Sponsership on both.... but dont know what to use..

I play Rock type, and like a slightly Heavy {not doom, maybe a zakk wylde crossed with slash, kinda..} www.myspace.com/sslug i got some stuff there.. old but there..

ive only tried an ENGL in a music shop before and it was one of the best amps ive ever tried. not sure about krank

ENGL all the way man... i dont own either but i have played both and krank just has this fuzziness to it. ENGL can sound a bit too saturated but with less gain and an OD pedal and some EQ (just like every other amp) it can sound like heaven.

krank if you want to sound exactly like dimebag darrel. Engl if you want to sound like anything else

Ha ha ha I like the Engl. more sounds out of it, but Krank was ok ish too.. ha ha ha....

I hear nothing but good things about Engl. I think its the Engl powerball or something. I haven't tried one myself as I have never seen one in person, but I hear people rave about them.

It was the Krank reverb + i tried and it was ok... not sure which engl it was and that was oh mamma..... but i liked them both...
