Tritones are always great if you want a real dissonant sound.

C-F# (C with an augmented fourth, or diminished fifth; however you want to look at it) for example:

All of these chords use clusters of semitones e.g. E F F# G G# A
To play them on the guitar some have to be shifted up/down an octave - but if you're looking for dissonant guitar chords, this is about as dissonant as it gets!

Play the Super Locrian (the altered) scale over the first chord and the ordinary Blues scale over the second chord..
