what does this mean 1, b3, 4, 5, b7

A pentatonic Minor, 1, b3, 4, 5, b7

i am familiar with b meaning minor...but in this context i am not quite sure..thanks for the help before hand

b means flat so a pentatonic minor is formed by taking the a major and taking the 1st , flattened third , fourth ,fifth en flattened 7th from it.
so for example 3 from A major is C# , b3 is C , so b doesn't mean minor...
