Figuring out the key of this song... need help.

Thats my progression, Its like very similar to all along the watch tower, the roots go from C, to D, E on the root(A string) so the key of Cmajor consist of these chords, so it would be in the key of C right? But it doesnt sound right when i try to solo over it. Same with this one, easier...

Same roots, C, D , E but once again the c pentatonic scale doesnt sound right over it.

im pretty sure its Eminor. thats what i would do anyway

I agree with BBT, I would also try C Major/A minor.

That's cause it's not C...

Play the G major Pentatonic, or the Eminor pentatonic.

Those should work fine.
