You also might want to look at dean.

Yamaha has inexpensive guitars that sound good

I wish you luck on finding a guitar at that price. Keep in mind that any guitar can have pickups added to allow you to plug in to an amp. Also buying a guitar can be like buying a car you can get a better price if you are truly ready to buy and are also truly ready to walk out the door if they don't lower the price.

i had to go ova my budget abit but £184 (dont knowwot that is in $$$) i got a yamaha apx500 its lush!!!
