@Jazzy,
I don't wanna suck so yeah, I freakin' love them! (and that's before I even listened to them! lol)
But seriously.....
Lots of energy there. Who do they get to record these themes? You never really see anyone getting credit.

P.S. I love the costumes on these gaming characters! I gotta go shopping and update my wardrobe!

@ Phip, LOL. Be warned, the third one is known as a Japanese Trap! ("She" is actually a "HE") used to be my favourite character too... *sniff*

I think GuitarSlinger will like this track...

"Feal A Fear"

Woah that has to be one of the best game soundtracks ever.

Another reason I'd love to get into soundtrack composing

I miss my guilty gear game now. It has the best sound track and most interesting characters (faust and zappa are the bomb) of any game of its kind.

they do run garage band. I never use it though and they run great and have good sound. My only problems are the protection is bad and their videos take longer to buffer on this thing than any other computer Ive ever used. though that could also be because it has safari on it.

Tbh I don't think garageband or any mac software has an advantage over windows software that does he same task ie cubase.

All apple does is make a more closed off OS that allows for less control to the user for a much higher price and the way I see it Windows is more open and has software that's just as good.

Plus there is the point apple just took an existing linux or unix OS that is free to buy slightly pimped it up stuck razor wire and guard dogs around it's workings and then sold it for masses of money. Something which I am morally opposed to.

well dam daniel you shut apple down for me just now lol

and is it really the program that makes the quality of your recordings....when you dont use VSTs to edit it....or is it the hardware??

Whoa whoa whoa!!! Don't diss a mac until you own one! Whatever your girlfriend has should be 100% virus free man, Macs are a MILLION times safer than PC. Garage Band sucks and if you want a decent music program get Logic Studio and your life will be complete! Seriously... Macs are amazing.

@DanM, Cubase (as much as I love it) has absolutely nothing over Logic Studio... I'm not even kidding.

And the majority of the Mac world aren't buying their new Lion OS because we all know it's crap.

i knew lion OS sucked before it even came out lol

@jazz are you suggesting i get a mac though....cuz i still want one

i wish apple wasnt so stingie with their programs..and iTunes takes like 8 years to open up

Macs have less virus issues, because less people i.e. macs, making it better to make a virus for pcs. That is what i have been told at least. I am sure justjeff can clarify.

@btimm last time I checked 20% of people approx used macs 80% approx used windows. If you are a virus writer you want to take down as many computers as possible so why limit yourself to attacking just 20% of computers when you can attack 80%

@Jazz oh I hadn't heard of logic studio it does seem pretty decent, I wonder how it compares to adobe audition or pro tools :P

Actually, your numbers seem way off base in any context whatsoever from the limited research I did.

http://osxdaily.com/2011/03/18/mac-market-share-around-the-world-usa-15-canada-14-australia-14-and-more/

It seems that given these are the peak values for countries using Macs, that maybe about 10% of the world (give or take a few percent) use Macs.

Edit: I didn't realize it when writing, but I think unless it was a typo, you agree DanielM? It makes more sense for viruses to be attacking PCs and not Macs right?

Yes that's what I meant to say.

I'm still pretty sure my sentence makes sense but grammatically it's probably the clumsiest way I could have phrased it.

But yes I was saying it makes far more sense to attack windows if you want to cause maximum carnage
