I know this community on this site has an internatioal flavor, but I want to take a minute anyways to thank guitarslinger for serving my country. You are more appreciated than you may think, so thank you! I am not sure if there are others or not on this forum, but if so, I appreciate the service of you all.

Indeed.I may be anti-war but you gotta support the troops. I just wished the people that ran our country did too...

I too greatly apprieciate the service you give every person.

I agree with EMB. I may not like war, but I wish the best to those who fight it for us.

Thank you.

Thanks a lot guys. Veterans day doesn't mean much out here in Iraq, but it brightens my day to see and hear people supporting what us soldiers, marines, sailors and airmen do on a daily basis. Again, thank you all very much.

Rock on!

Well, there are many who are against war me included, but we live in a world that is as they say, unsecure. We cant live in hedonistical blindness that when we lay down our weapons, we all can live in peace. there are always how they say... threats.

Much have changed from this...

to this

I just cant imagine what GS could been through, but that I can imagine, that guys like him not fall on front of as some call... threats.

Respect

Ditto to all that's been said. I only wish that politicians led from the front like the Kings of old. They might not be in such a rush to expose our young people to so much danger if they knew what it is to be at the 'sharp end'!
