Can anyone recommend some GOOD learning material. There are so many out there that are kinda lame. If you know of any can you list them here and please include skill level. Here are 2 that I have gotten a lot out of..
Speed Mechanics For Lead Guitar-Troy Stetina
Arpeggios For The Modern Guitarist-Stephen Ross
Both are great for beginner/intermediate level

Also if you know of any that are crap list those to to keep a brother from wasting time/MONEY.

Guitar Grimoire series is good. I also bootleg Lick Library videos as well, but they are hit or miss.

I really liked Troy Stetinas Book! He pointed out so many things I've been doing for years and never really thought about their importance and how to improve them. It really opened my eyes!

The Jazz Theory Book is pretty damn amazing. Costs about 40$ and I dont own one, but I am really looking into buying it! It has over 500 pages full of concentrated knowledge!

Man, where Ive learned the most, Is Vamps, Jams & Improvisation, but I think you are the too advanced for this stuff... but that man is cool, if he get me to learn anything, he surely know his job. Check it out.

Stuart Bull materials is quite cool too...

@ChicagoMedic-Thanks man. These books look interesting I'll get a couple to check out.

@Emp..Yeah Vamps and Jams is not what I'm looking for but it does look like a pretty good course. There are other books of jazz on the site so the link is still appreciated.
Thanks guys.
