Even though i play guitar i wanted to make a poll to see if guitar was everyones favorite instrument... And by favorite instrument i mean coolest sounding, you know your favorite... I like guitar, but nothing sounds better to these ears then a b3.

I know a lot of you are gonna say i dont think i can choose, i like them all, this isnt fair... WELL TOUGH. Choose one.

Do you mean favorite to play? Favorite to hear. Or favorite to compose on. I put something in the other box hit vote and nothing happened.

Sax is my ultimate lead riff instrument. Tenor or Alto. Preferably played by Saint Coltrane.

I love trumpets. Especially the epic sounds jazz musicians make with them.

When played right, there's nothing better than a lead bass imo.
Good old Mark King shows us the way.

But if i had to choose overall, i'd go for piano. You can play such beautiful music through it with any style. Also any incredible pianist can just make even a music noob speechless.

I voted for Sax. There are few things that stir me as much as Clarence cutting loose on Jungleland. If you've never heard this song you just have to hear this. It sends chills up my spine. Somewhere around 3:40 Clarence takes over and by the time he gets done I'm in heaven.
