Pretty sweet dude! Musically it was really tight, I like that. Maybe try going a little deeper vocally instead of into that kinda falsetto-but-not type of area.

2Cents,

Right now I'm taking vocal lessons to improve my singing. I'm progressively getting better.

Song sounded solid dude. Areas to improve... I know it was a demo, BUT, the drums, while technically very, very solid, sounded like they were played on metal trash cans and the vocals need a way better mix down.

Ups: You and the drummer harmonized perfectly and the bassists' 'screams' were awesome!

Riffs were catchy and not over exaggerated.

Drummer sounds very talented, I hope it doesn't get lost in translation.

Good job overall. Keep it up.

A little off topic:
Does anyone know how I can make my link "clickable" with no need to copy and paste it in the address bar?

Also how do I make it so the actual youtube video shows up on my post?
Ive seen other people do it.

Very promising indeed man, nicely played, song arrangement is good, sounds pretty legit... Just mix and master... but I think you guys should record it with better stuff and better recording gears too. You cant mix and master demo like that, that it sound "professional".

I especially liked the "chorus" parts. Good job

Type it this way
url=http://www.blahblah.com]link name[/url]
^gotta put a bracket([) before url I had to leave it off or it would make my example a link. Hope that helps. Something like this

You should add target="_blank" so it opens in a new tab not the same page.

Could guitarslinger124 explain what target="_blank" means?

That basically tells the browser to open your link or whatever, on a blank template, i.e. a new tab.

Well... When you click on the link 'haphazard' for example, the web browser needs to know how to open the page or where to open it. The usual default for a browser is to open the link on the current page. However, when you say, target="_blank", you are telling the browser to open on a blank page.

After the hyperlink.

i.e. - (a href = "http://www.whatever.com" target="_blank" ) Name of link (/a)

Just replace the parenthesis with the appropriate symbol... < and >

Allright, now that sounds good. Improvement from first demo is big. Good song all around, I especially liked kinda "folkmetal" kind of part at the end. Nice job.

It probably sounds better because we set up the mics the correct way on drums, didn't overload everything by turning up the master volume, Recorded vocals with a Shure SM7B, and ran all instruments through a BBE Sonic Maximizer.

Great song dude, It's awesome to hear heavy music with heavy vocals, instead of that ridiculous screaming that all the copy-cat fools use.
