*WHAT FX ARE IN YOUR PEDALBOARD?*

I have one of those multieffects thingys. Im told they are crap.

i hate when.peoples call.multi-fx crap,if you have a good one they sound good,the problem nost people have is not setting up the patches correctly,and getting a horrid sound,i have a zoom 606 multi,zoom.505,washburn blues distotion,80's dunlop crybaby wah,newer dunlop crybaby wah,didgitech rp80 bass fx multi.

I only call it crap because i thought thats what most people thought about those things. IT works fine for what i need. YOu can hear it plugged ibto my home stereo on my youtube video. In the videos of your playing thread.

My chain:

10 Band Rack EQ->Digitech Bad Monkey->Ibanez Tube King Tk999HT->Amp.

I have a digitech multi effects. A DOD overdrive. A real deal vintage MXR Phase 90. And a vintage Yamaha chorus. And an el-cheapo wah. And a korg volume.

Bass Bigmuff Pi XO - amp

I'm probably gonna get an eq, overdrive, or tremolo pretty soon, depending on what i feel like i need

will a 10 band eq really make that much differencr=e if i throw that in the mix?

And is anyone familiar with the sonic stomp and what difference does taht really make?

the eq will make an epic difference,dont know much bout the sonic stomp tho...

EQ allows you to shape the tone of EVERYTHING in your chain. I run mine before anything else because I like to shape the pickups to suit a more crunchy while less distorted tone(drop out some bass, boosted mids a bit, dipped treble, boosted presence).

Not too sure about a Sonic Stomp, but I imagine it couldn't hurt your tone if placed and used how it should be...
