i don't think there is a best guitar. it all depends on how you like your guitar set up and tone, so it's personal prefrence. for me i haven't found my dream guitar. although there is this european company call sardousky. im not sure if thats the right name but kurt rosenwinkle plays one and i really like his tone.

I can't add a pic because it doesn't exist!!!!!

Think an extremely customized Gibson flying v.
Custom paint and designs on paint/pickguard, Seymore Duncan blackouts, True Floyd rose, Lightning bolt inlay with DL at 12th and 24th frets. Solid built for true tone, built in neverending sustain, killswitch; and so much more...

If I ever get about 10 grand to waste...
(new life mission. Store away 10 grand)

As for guitars that already exist, I love this Douglas Fulcrum (flying v) I got off of craigslist. (think Jackson king v mixed with Gibson flying v, mixed with ibanez rocket roll v)
Very light, yet solid. String thru, very stable tuners. 24 fret, good/easy intonation. Glossy Red (matches my whammy pedal). 2 volume (good for killswitch or quick volume/dist control) and under $200

I can't post a pic with my iPad but I would say the Carvin DC400. you can build and order it exactly as you wish.

I think the best guitar ever made is my VMNT V :) haha jk it's the best guitar I own and seems to suit my playing style better than any other guitar I've ever played, so it's the best guitar ever made--to me.

Are the electomatic series gretches of good quality. They are around 700 dollars. While the white falcon gretch is around 2500.

Harmony Central is usually good for finding a decent amount of somewhat decent reviews(some are just plain bad).

the Carvin 1996 Allan Holdsworth signature series with two double coil pickups. Those things way practically nothing and is perfect for every kind of music. my guitar teacher had one and he let me play it and it is hands down the best guitar I have ever played.

I cant get a picture but I have a link to it right here

@Coleman I love Sadowsky basses. My roommate has two at home. Basically if you like Fender you will love Sadowsky. Heck he started his career buying Fenders and upgrading them then reselling them.

@macandkanga Wow I love PRS but that thing I would be scared to play it!!

Best guitar in the world is the one in your hands when the crowd is screaming your name and Hendrix's ghost kneels at your feet! hahaha

^^^ That.

It is all up to what you like though. I honestly have no idea what mine would be, I haven't played enough to know what I like the most yet.

But they are making only 300 of each color so act fast.
