Hey guys, just got the only album from my demo project back in 2007 upload to soundclick. Arshreddian Orchestra was probably the most fun I ever had in a studio, hope y'all enjoy it.

Rock on!

Hey dude, I like the songs overall.

1. I really enjoyed your playing and the piano in End of Sleep. It was a little hard to make out any form of a bass though.

2. Unbroken Hero - really good intro, very epic. I'm loving the effects on your guitar, the bass sounds cool here, too. I also like how the drums are slightly different, it sets a really good "strange" mood. In an enjoyable way (haha wtf). 2 minutes into it and I'm liking the effects on your guitar, for this moment it seems to really justify your sound.

3. In The Rain - Nice start to the piece. I really like this one, the guitar tone is really nice. I don't have much to say about this one, I just really like it! Seriously good job dude. :)

4. Rainy Day, Go Away - This piece has a beautiful overall mood, the tones of the guitars sound great. I noticed one or two mistakes, but I think that sets to your character, and it's pretty awesome in my opinion. What made you write this piece?

5. Living In A Dream - title reminds me of Finger Eleven. haha :D Brilliant band. Anyway, back to the song...! The ambient mood is brilliant I could really chill out and listen to this - one of those tunes to calm me down after the storm. One to really make me think. The drums in this are excellent - probably my favourite. The recording for the drums in this track have a better tone and setting.
Every now and then the guitar seems to distort a little too much, the mastering might need some tweaking.

6. Rapture - pretty sure I've heard this before from you. I really like this one, reminds me of a battle to be honest. Your picking in this seems to be well timed throughout; no mistakes.

7. Collision of Thought - DUDE I LOVE the tone of your guitar, what did you set it to? Man this tune is awesome, I love it! The classic lead guitar is excellent, good choices in melodic phrases. What do you like most about this piece?

8. Rapture Revisited - Such a Guilty Gear style to your guitars, I really recommend you take a look at the songs in there man, I'm sure you'll like it. This tune is awesome, I just think it's so epic, such a brilliant fight scene could be played to this man. 1:45, good guitar middle section and good harmonies. The bass line for this track is really nicely leveled - so well done there. The drums sound a little far off though, as if they've been recorded from a "Live on stage" session. Overall, epic track.

9. Sounds of War on Christmas Eve - I love this, such a Wizards in Winter feel to it. Nice harmonies, good drumming, bass line leveling is great in this one. The sounds like it was recorded on stage though, was that your intention?

10. Fallen Angels - WOW. Is all I can say to this piece - epic, touching, classic brilliance. This is the type of tune that can stick with me for WEEKS. Really nice job on this one dude. Top Notch.

11. When Worlds Collide - title reminds me of Powerman 5000. (I LOVE THAT BAND, I was always skateboarding to this song haha). You song is completely different though and I really like it, I can picture a badass walking out of an explosion holding a gun getting ready to blow his enemy away. You've really set the mood for this one, nice job dude.

12. Arshreddian Orchestra - CRAZY title! haha, what made you call it that? The song is brilliant, it's so strange! I love it! I could have a fcuking brilliant trip on this track. I really like the build in to the heavy guitar, at points the timing is a little off though, I'm not sure if that was intentional, but it threw me off a bit. Everything is great though man, great song!

13. Hunt The Beast - :| I feel like I'm eating popcorn while watching Saw or something haha then eagerly waiting for some scary *** to happen. Then the bang of your guitars bursting into the scene just sets an absolutely terrific mood, outstanding. The sound quality is a little weird on this one though, everything is nicely leveled out, but it just sounds far away really. What do you like the most about this track?

How many mics were there when you were recording?

How big was the room?

I ask because the sound isn't dead and upfront, instead it sounds as if you were on stage in a hall or something. The drums sound quite far away, too.

Overall, I thinks these songs are excellent, but I wouldn't put them all together on the same album, e.g. Rapture is a complete change in genre compared to Living in a Dream. Maybe if there was a song in between to introduce the two genres. Either way, excellent work man.

At the time I was writing these tunes, I was struggling with some serious depression issues. "Rainy Day" references to that one s***ty day where everything seems to go wrong. It was just a song to wash away my woes.

5. Living In A Dream - title reminds me of Finger Eleven. haha :D Brilliant band. Anyway, back to the song...! What do you like most about this piece? To be honest, I love the whole thing. It defines freedom of expression and that is what I am all about. I really have no clue what I was doing with my tone hehe, these songs are from '07 and amnesia is a b****!

8. Rapture Revisited - Such a Guilty Gear style to your guitars, I really recommend you take a look at the songs in there man, I'm sure you'll like it. 9. Sounds of War on Christmas Eve - I love this, such a Wizards in Winter feel to it. Nice harmonies, good drumming, bass line leveling is great in this one. The sounds like it was recorded on stage though, was that your intention?I was really trying some new techniques with this song. I am not sure how I got it to sound like that, but I liked it when I finished, so I just left it alone. And it actually was heavily inspired by "Wizards of Winter".

10. Fallen Angels - WOW. Is all I can say to this piece - epic, touching, classic brilliance. This is the type of tune that can stick with me for WEEKS. Really nice job on this one dude. Top Notch.

Then the bang of your guitars bursting into the scene just sets an absolutely terrific mood, outstanding. The sound quality is a little weird on this one though, everything is nicely leveled out, but it just sounds far away really. What do you like the most about this track? I like that the track is constantly progressing. Nothing is really stagnant about this track which I love. I also think I did a good job of maintaining the intensity of the track throughout its entirety.

How many mics were there when you were recording? Well, I had a 100 watt combo amp, which I used three mics on. One on each speaker and one centered, but further out. I also used an old Treynor TS-75 speaker cab; I put one mic in the top right corner. I also used straight line in for recording. So, four mics hehe.

How big was the room? Hmm, not quite sure. I had all my stuff set up in a space about 15ft(approx. 5 meters) by 10ft. (approx. 3 meters). I used some cardboard boxs and a thick rug to help out the mics, but the whole room was about 30ft by 20ft.

Thanks for the listen and the excellent feedback!

Rock on!
