I have not tested that, but what I look of specs there, Id say its quite neat little program. But I dont see that it support vst's. Its a big minus because there are like http://www.wavosaur.com/ Wavosaur, that is also free, but support vst.
Ofcourse you can install that as well for the funny speech synthesis. Its free anyway.

i downloaded that but i havent a clue where it went to on my computer. usually theres a shortcut on the desk top or its findable but i cant seem to find it anywhere.. |
