Were getting about 6-10 inches of snow here, and its October...
Anyway, I just got a PS3 and I was wondering what games besides call of duty I should get.

We're supposed to be getting snow here soon.

And Xbox and PS3 are both cheaply made

Which is why I have the Xbox 360 Slim.

The Xbox slim supposedly has a less failure rate, but it's only been out for little under a year.

My freshman year I lived in the mountains(in AZ) at about 6K feet, so it snowed there. My sophomore year I lived in Phoenix, AZ and could see snow on the Four Peaks mountains(pretty nutty huh?). After a Phoenix summer, I went into a Nebraska Fall and BRUTAL winter. Like -40 Farenheit stuff.
I went through 2 1/2 winters in Omaha... I don't miss the snow.

No snow in Florida. It doesn't even get cold.
It did snow last winter, but it all melted before it got anywhere near the ground, so it just felt like a light rain

You should get a Nintendo 64. Best game system ever. Period.

Really? Cause I remember that the ps2 slimline struggled more to read slightly scratched discs that would work fine on the normal ps2, I think they removed some of the error correction circuitry to slim it down along with other stuff.

EDIT: Fallout 3 is amazing as are the new batman games

Xbox installed a new heating system. Bigger fan on top, and the system shuts down when it senses overheating to prevent further damage.

As for games.

Red Faction: Guerrilla
Saints Row 1, 2, and soon to be 3
Red Dead Redemption
and some kind of a racing game. (Forza series preferably).

As for the snow, scratch what I said earlier. It snowed last night.
And I freakin' love the snow. I could live in Canada. Here in New England we experience all the seasons so I can't imagine a Christmas without snow.

It's just started cooling off in the last week here. Last week the temps were routinely in the mid-high 90s during the day.
We've been like 14 degrees over our normal temperature range haha
Looks like Al Gore was right(maybe ManBearPig is real)

I hate snow and why I moved south. last year it snowed 1/4 an inch and the city closed down. It was hardly worth the effort.

In the mid 80's here in SOCAL. Went trick or treating last night with the girls in shorts and a t-shirt. Yeah. It's global warming. Colder in cold places, wetter in wet places, and warmer in warm places.
