If Youtube viewers basically pay $0 to the musicians/artists and vinyl/cd buyers basically pay $0 to the musicians/artists, it's basically like the Electoral College, overriding the popular vote for President! Furthermore, going to the musicians/artists concert is the closest you are going to get of transferring money from you to them. It would be kind of like going to a political rally in that regard! So, I guess you don't EXACTLY pay for what you get! Am I wrong with this analogy/conclusion? |
