If this works it will be okay if not then it is back to the drawing board. Well I thought I will post some of my own training that has help me over the years. This is very simple and makes you think about the next note to play also you be jumping across some strings. Once you have finished it, then start again.

Why not "start again" by just going backwards? Just an idea, thanks for sharing, can't wait to read your lessons.
