I've got writers block....

I mean, I've got 2 albums worth of songs, but that's just not enough for me. Not only can I not write, but my chord progressions seem to be repeating themselves now that I'm working on the music for the second album. Any way to try and get out of this? Any suggestions on common everyday things that I should write about?

God, this is killing me. I can't eat (ok, that's a lie), can't sleep, can't write, can't play, and my shoulders are killing me.

Give yourself a break. A few days, however long you need to feel refreshed.
